Inclusive Care Solutions
Changing Places is an initiative that promotes accessibility to toilet facilities for people who are unable to use a standard toilet.
The Changing Places initiative was introduced in 2006 to help people with profound and multiple learning disabilities, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy and older people. Access to a Changing Places toilet can make day-to-day activities which many of us take for granted possible.
We are specialists in the design, supply and installation of Changing Places toilets. Our team can provide advice and expertise to ensure you meet the requirements using quality equipment that is built to last.
What is a Changing Places Toilet?
Providing more space which allows extra equipment to be installed which accommodates carers to have the room and facilities to help the user.
Regulations now require new buildings or building renovations over a certain size to include a Changing Places room to be installed.
Equipment such as a Ceiling Hoists, Changing Tables, Wash Basins & Toilets are required to ensure the room is suitable for those who need it most.
